  • Can I come and visit the Stables without a booking?
    Unfortunately at this time we do not keep our stables open to the public. To visit us, please make a booking online.
  • What do I wear to the stables booking?
    For behind-the-scenes experience bookings, please wear closed in footwear. As the training yard is outside we recommend sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. For meetings booked at the stables there are no requirements.
  • I need to cancel my booking and have already paid, what do I do?
    If you made a booking through our website, please follow the steps below to request a refund: 1. Contact us directly through our website or email us at horsetram@victor.sa.gov.u to let us know that you would like cancel/request a refund. 2. We will check the status of your booking and let you know if a refund is possible. 3. If a refund is possible, we will initiate the refund process through Wix Bookings refund system. 4. Once the refund has been initiated, it may take several days for the funds to be returned to your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Please note that refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which is outlined in our terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your booking or refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • My booking was cancelled due to extreme weather, how do I get my refund?
    We understand that unexpected weather conditions can impact your booking. In the event of extreme weather leading to the cancellation of a booking, our team will promptly reach out to you to inform you of the situation. We'll explore the possibility of rescheduling your experience for a more suitable time. If rescheduling is not feasible, we are more than happy to offer a refund for your booking. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.
  • I want to redeem a gift card, how do I do it?
    Visit the Behind The Scenes page. Select your preferred date and time and proceed to checkout. On the payment page, enter your gift card code in the designated field. The value of the gift card will be applied to your booking. If the gift card doesn't cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
