REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations:
Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. To cancel a booking, customers must email us at horsetram@victor.sa.gov.au, requesting cancellation and refund in writing.
Refunds:
Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will process the refund promptly. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a processing time of up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid for the booking.
Please note:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of a written cancellation request via email.
